Some programs do not get along well with MJ, like ROXIO creator,Take a little time with your programs that are running and you will find one that interferes,You can do this easily with your process manager (control,alt delete)and by process of elimination you can stop that program from auto starting. Magicjack has always been a piece of crap and now they have lost my list of phone numbers. I cannot replaec that list and I hate magicjack.

I used magic jack as my business phone. I received a call on my cell phone from my magic jack line one sunday evening, it freaked me out because no one should be in my office. I just disregarded it, then I get a call on my cell phone from my magic jack at 1am in the morning. I get worried go to my office to find out that the darn thing had been automatically calling everyone in my call log on its own and all odd times of the night. I had to call al of my clients and apologize

the usb was left in my lap top when i removed the mj from my lap top. little to no sodier was on the usb prongs to the board. mj rep.s told me they would sell me a new one at 20 dollars i explained that this is a workmanship issue and explained about the sodier connections not being positive. they called me a lier thier product is flawless. the arrogance was outstanding what a bunch of magic jackholes

I filed a complaint with SE Florida Better Business Bureau last week and was refunded my cost of International minutes that were charged but not used AND offered a full refund and able to return the Magicjack to them.
FILE your complaint with the BBB at BBB.org and select the se Florida division.

this has been the bigest pain in the ass..plug it in ten times to get it to work,cant recieve calls.cant make calls...everyday its another problem...I am not renewing
